What if I need to cancel before 12 months?
We understand life happens. If you need to cancel before your 12-month commitment, you'll be charged $2 per unit for any units already used. For example, if you used 100 units you'd owe $200 for the units (100 units × $2). Early cancellation ensures fairness - you're not penalized for changing your mind, but you're also not getting deeply discounted units without the commitment. After 12 months, you can cancel anytime with 14 days notice and no penalty.
Can I pause my membership?
Memberships cannot be paused during the initial 12-month period. If you cancel and rejoin later, you'll pay the current rate (not your founding member rate). Unused units do not roll over or transfer.
What happens after November 30?
New member pricing increases to $209/month. Founding members who join before November 30 keep their $189/month rate locked through 2028 (3 years). After that, rates adjust to current pricing, but you'll still save compared to paying per visit.
